Yi Fong Chang has been working in the IPTV field for more than five years. After 20 years traditional telecom networking career, he was switching his job to IPTV and was appointed to the department of multimedia on demand (MOD)as the deputy managing director 5 years ago and was promoted to the managing director of MOD two years later.

A former Vice-President of Business Development at DIRECTV U.S. and DIRECTV Japan from 1996 to 2003, Randy brings a wealth of experience in media strategic planning, platform operation and content management, and media business analysis to the management team.

Nguyen Viet Anh, Head of Research IPTV Group, VNPT (Vietnam Post & Telecommunications)

Mr Nguyen Viet Anh worked for CDIT (Center for Development of Information Technology), a member of VNPT (Vietnam Port end Telecom), from 2000 at R&D Department of Networks and Systems. From 2006, Mr Nguyen Viet Anh researched on Metro Ethernet Technology and designed VNPT's Metro Ethernet. Mr Nguyen Viet Anh currently holds the position of main researcher of VNPT's IPTV Group.
