 As a graduate of the National Taipei University of Technology, Xu Megxiong has more than 13 years of experience in the field of Cable TV system operating. This experience spans from network planning, system planning, testing and maintenance, as well as designing two-way communication network infrastructure.
His technical experience has led to planning of FTTx infrastructure, NGN, Soft Switch and IPTV systems over both fixed-line, through to WiMax. Recent experience includes strategic planning and development of business model for Quad play services with the Markwell Group, Taiwan.
