Yi Fong Chang has been working in the IPTV field for more than five years. After 20 years traditional telecom networking career, he was switching his job to IPTV and was appointed to the department of multimedia on demand (MOD)as the deputy managing director 5 years ago and was promoted to the managing director of MOD two years later. He was appointed again recently to the content department, headquarter of Chunghwa Telecom, as the deputy managing director.
He was working in the field of IPTV system integration, content acquisition and operation when he was in charge of MOD. His current job now includes content strategy, cross platform content operation and content acquisition.
